Easy crockpot Mexican dinner

I had seen this somewhere (probably pinterest since it’s become my most recent obsession when I have a moment) and don’t exactly remember from whom I took this great idea (major FAIL, I understand, and want to give great credit for where it’s due so I will gladly let you know when I figure out where I took this from).

Super easy crockpot dinner that requires no cooking or anything on your part other than opening some cans. Yes, can food. You can make it with fresher ingredients if you want, but if you want super easy then here you go:

3 frozen chicken breast, 1 can of black beans, 1 can of corn, 1 package of cream cheese and some salsa (I used about half a jar). Let that cook for a few hours (I had mine going for 7-8 hours on low).

Scoop and put into a tortilla.

Next time I may add some more veggies and some lettuce and tomatoes would be great additions as well. My 15 month old twins ate this too, so the salsa isn’t over powering at all.

Warning on the corn and babies, they do not mix well. So be careful with how much corn you fed them as it will cause a very wet poo diaper the next day (TMI?).
