Mashed Potato Balls: rolled in ground flaxseeds

If your toddler is anything like my twins then they love mashed potatoes. They also love to play with their mashed potatoes. I’m all for them exploring and having fun but sometimes (okay, most times) I’d like to keep the mess to a minimum. Hence, I make these great mashed potato balls. We’ve also been watching our Signing Times DVD’s and they’ve been showing how to sign cookies. All of a sudden “cookies” has become something they both like and want and can also say

Easy crockpot Mexican dinner

I had seen this somewhere (probably pinterest since it’s become my most recent obsession when I have a moment) and don’t exactly remember from whom I took this great idea (major FAIL, I understand, and want to give great credit for where it’s due so I will gladly let you know when I figure out where I took this from).
