Word of the day: hugs

Little mans word today had been “hugs”. It’s taken me a few times to understand what he’s saying but then he goes and hugs whatever it is and it makes sense. Today he’s hugged his sister, me, Monty the dog, stuffed puppy and baby Stella. Too cute!

“Kitty Cat” sign at 17 months

We were at H&M looking for some white dress shoes for lil lady to wear to a wedding, and she spys this cute cat shirt. Now, she isn’t my most vocal, so all of a sudden she starts making noise and I look at her and she is signing “cat” and saying “KKeeeyyy” Which is her version of “Kitty”. I

Signing “grandpa” at 17 months

We were watching our Signing Times DVD today. Signing Time Volume 2: Playtime Signs DVD and on this disk they teach the signs for “Grandma” and “Grandpa”. My lil lady is teething today, so she’s extra cuddly and as we were watching together she is doing the signs. Some she does, and some she doesn’t. I haven’t seen her sign

Twin toddlers love Signing Time DVD to reinforce sign language use

We just got the Signing Times DVDs and we are in love with them. I’ve been doing sign language with my twins for a few months, we even spent $150 for a sign language play group class so that I can learn how to sign with my twins. In all honesty I wish I would have just spent that money

14 month old doing lots of sign language and making me proud!

My little man is picking up sign language so very fast!
